We are seeking a data-driven demand generation expert to join our head office team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for the Curious portfolio, starting initially with a focus on Uservoice. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter), display advertising, retargeting and other relevant channels
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative iteration
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROI and hit KPI targets
  • Develop and implement audience targeting strategies based on customer data and behavioral insights

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and channel attribution
  • Build comprehensive dashboards and automated reporting systems to monitor campaign performance
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify learnings and opportunities for future campaigns
  • Collaborate with data/analytics teams to ensure proper tracking implementation and data accuracy

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets
  • Identify new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis
  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page experiences
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels to optimize overall portfolio performance

Candidates should be comfortable clearly articulating and optimizing around unit economics including CAC, LTV:CAC ratio, and customer payback period.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a proven track record of scaling campaigns
  • Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and additional paid media platforms
  • Analytics Skills: Strong experience with Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement tools
  • Technical Abilities: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL basics preferred, experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-informed decisionsWhat We Offer
