Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day strategy and execution of our affiliate marketing program, including:
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates ensuring high performance and compliance;
• Coordinate with internal production teams for requirement & campaign optimization to maximize ROI ;
• Recruit new affiliates/partners ;
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and recommend improvements;
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation.

Please note that the salary remuneration will be based on work experience.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Background in Finance/Business Management/Economics is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills
• Microsoft office skills: outlook , excel
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or similar sectors are a plus.
• Digital Marketing studies or courses are a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS are a plus.
