About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This role combines digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience managing online store operations, including product listings and optimization. You will play a key role in driving online sales and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising)
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
E-commerce Management
Add, update, and manage product listings on the e-commerce platform
Write clear and compelling product titles, descriptions, and specifications
Upload and optimize product images and related media
Ensure accurate pricing, inventory levels, and product categorization
Maintain product data consistency and quality across the website
General Responsibilities
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials
Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for better user experience
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and e-commerce best practices
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce
Hands-on experience in digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO, email marketing, or paid ads
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
Strong attention to detail, especially in product data entry and management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with product information management (PIM) systems
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
SEO and product listing optimization experience
Google Ads or related certifications
