Job Description We’re hiring a Supply Chain Process Transformation Manager to lead process optimization and digital initiatives at scale. Key Responsibilities May Include: Partner with technical and operational stakeholders to identify and define analytics use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Translate complex analytics insights into simple, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences. Collaborate with Product Owners to shape product strategy and ensure the delivery of analytics solutions that provide clear business value. Assess risks and business implications of design choices and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders. Identify, escalate, and remove blockers during the development process to ensure smooth delivery. Define, implement, and monitor performance metrics to track the impact and success of analytics solutions post-launch. About the Role: The Supply Chain Process Transformation Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving the modernization and improvement of supply chain processes through digital enablement, advanced analytics, and process optimization. This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to design, implement, and embed scalable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and decision‑making across supply chain operations. This position plays a key role in delivering transformation initiatives that strengthen ways of working, simplify processes, and support long‑term operational excellence in a complex, global environment. What you Will Do: Process Design & Transformation Delivery Lead end‑to‑end process mapping (current‑state and future‑state) across supply chain functions Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts and business leaders to gather requirements and align on solutions Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities using structured analysis Define clear process documentation, standards, roles, handoffs, and controls Drive execution of assigned transformation initiatives or workstreams from design through implementation Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions are adopted and sustained in day‑to‑day operations Digital Enablement & Advanced Analytics Translate business and process needs into clear functional and technical requirements Act as a liaison between supply chain teams and digital, data, or technology partners Support development of digital solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools Enable data‑driven decision‑making through well‑defined metrics and insights Change Management & Enablement Assess change impact and stakeholder readiness Support communication, training, and enablement activities Track adoption and address resistance with practical, people‑focused solutions Ensure new processes are embedded into business‑as‑usual operations What you Will Bring: Required Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or process improvement roles Proven experience mapping and improving business processes Experience working on transformation or change initiatives Preferred Project, program, or portfolio management certification Agile or hybrid delivery experience Experience working in large, complex, or global organizations Advanced degree (MBA or similar) Skills & Experience: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable outcomes Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness Results‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership Comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving environments Why This Role: This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping how supply chain processes evolve through digital innovation, structured problem‑solving, and collaborative delivery—while working across diverse teams in a global environment.
