Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

is seeking experienced candidates with 4+ years of proven success in managing teams focused on delivering impactful digital marketing solutions for Acxiom clients. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of your account teams, ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of diverse digital initiatives, including email campaigns, mobile/SMS outreach, and the creation of custom web pages and preference centers.
As the primary contact for clients regarding the deliverables of our digital solutions, you will coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple internal cross-functional teams. You will directly collaborate with client representatives on tactical campaign tasks while handling various operational responsibilities for your accounts. Additionally, you will partner closely with team members in Acxiom's Agency/Consultant division to meet client requirements effectively. It is also critical for you to work collaboratively with the specific account management teams to align and manage client goals and service expectations across all contracted services.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into actionable digital marketing solutions and campaigns.
- Review client requests and delegate responsibilities across delivery teams effectively.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and agreed service levels with clients.
- Manage campaign schedules and timelines for assigned accounts.
- Communicate and escalate any workload and staffing issues to senior management.
- Oversee the daily delivery of digital marketing services, including email campaigns and data exports.
- Facilitate regular status meetings with clients.
- Investigate and escalate any technical issues that may impact service delivery.
- Assist in scoping and implementing new client startups.
Supervisory Role
The DMCM does not have direct reports but plays a crucial role in balancing the workload across the Acxiom delivery team and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with colleagues and clients.
- Comfort with Internet technologies and a desire to expand technical knowledge.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with database structures.
- A team player capable of leading initiatives while collaborating with others.
- Willingness to work extended hours as necessary to meet deliverables.
- Flexibility to multitask on numerous projects.
