Develop and implement digital finance strategies for clients, utilizing the latest technologies and tools to drive transformation and modernization of their finance function.

Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business results.

Serve as a subject matter expert on digital finance trends and best practices, staying up-to-date on industry developments and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business challenges and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.

Conduct thorough assessments of client finance processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and developing comprehensive plans to drive change.

Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams to educate them on digital finance tools and technologies and promote adoption and usage.

Work closely with Accenture leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of the Digital Finance practice.

Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.

Stay informed of industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that all solutions and recommendations are in line with legal and ethical standards.

Demonstrate strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects within budget and on time.
