Compensation: $3,800 per month

About Us: Yunseuldaon Canada Inc. is an upcoming K-lifestyle brand based in North Vancouver. We are currently in the start-up phase, preparing to launch our online store featuring premium Korean cosmetics, traditional goods, and lifestyle products.

The Role: We are looking for a bright, adaptable, and hands-on Coordinator to build our digital storefront. While recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply, you must have the practical skills to set up a Shopify website independently. You will take ownership of our initial e-commerce setup while providing essential administrative support to the founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Setup (Primary): Lead the design and setup of our Shopify online store, including theme customization and product uploads.
• Content & Logistics: Perform basic video editing for our YouTube channel and assist with communicating with our vendors in Korea.
• Administrative Support: Provide simple, hands-on admin assistance (scanning, copying, and organizing physical documents) for the founder.

Strict Requirements (Please read carefully)

• Experience (MUST): Proven ability to build and set up a website (Shopify preferred). You don't need years of corporate experience, but you must know how to execute the digital setup.
• Bilingual Proficiency (MUST): Fluent in both English and Korean to communicate effectively with Korean suppliers.
• Status in Canada (MUST): Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required for government grant eligibility).
• Female Candidates Only: Bona Fide Occupational Requirement. Due to the founder's current post-surgery recovery, the initial workspace is the founder's private residence. For privacy and safety reasons, we are strictly hiring a female candidate.

Work Environment & Timeline

• Contract Duration: A minimum 4-month commitment is required, with a strong possibility of extension or transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and business growth.
• Hybrid Schedule: Alternating between the founder's home office in North Vancouver and remote work from your own home.
• Future Transition: The role will eventually transition to our retail storefront location once we open.
