Business Analytics - Retail /Ecommerce (Raipur)

We are looking for a highly impact-driven Senior Business Analyst to lead data-driven decision-making across key business functions. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Python, deep business understanding, and prior experience in quick commerce or e-commerce environments. This role involves high ownership, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own analytics for critical business/product domains end-to-end
• Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries on large-scale datasets
• Build executive-level dashboards and data narratives using Tableau
• Leverage Python for advanced analysis, automation, and modeling
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and performance tracking frameworks
• Partner with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive strategic initiatives
• Conduct deep-dive analyses (cohort, funnel, retention, unit economics, supply chain metrics)
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured, data-backed recommendations
• Mentor junior analysts and raise overall analytics quality across the team

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimization)
• Solid hands-on experience with Tableau (executive dashboards, storytelling)
• Strong working knowledge of Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, visualization)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
