Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor

Manage and supervise the customer service and e-commerce teams, providing support, guidance, and training as needed
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer service experience and increase online sales
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery logistics
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of online orders
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and provide recommendations
Ensure all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices to continually improve the online shopping experience for customers
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotions and campaigns to increase e-commerce sales
Work closely with the store management team to ensure consistency in customer service and e-commerce operations across all locations.
