Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior E-commerce Growth Manager to lead their online sales and customer acquisition strategies in a fully remote capacity. This role is integral to driving revenue growth, optimizing the customer journey, and enhancing brand presence across all digital commerce channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer relationship management (CRM). You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value. This position requires strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, user behavior, and market trends, translating these insights into actionable growth initiatives. You will manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads), SEO efforts, email marketing automation, and content strategies to foster engagement and drive sales. Collaboration with marketing, product, and technology teams is crucial for a cohesive and effective online presence. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on the company's digital footprint and bottom line. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies. Optimize website performance for user experience and conversion rates (CRO). Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email). Analyze e-commerce sales data, website analytics, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Manage A/B testing and other experiments to improve key e-commerce metrics. Oversee the customer journey from acquisition to retention and loyalty. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows. Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance website functionality and features. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth avenues. Manage the e-commerce budget and report on performance against KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online growth. Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth for e-commerce businesses. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
