Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and affiliate marketing. Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for the website, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics (e.g., ROI, CAC, LTV), and provide actionable insights for optimization. Manage the social media presence, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty. Collaborate with web development and design teams to ensure a seamless and effective user experience on the e-commerce platform. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Manage the marketing budget effectively and report on campaign expenditures. Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on digital strategy and execution. Proven track record of success in driving online sales and growth through various digital channels. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Strong understanding of content marketing and social media strategy. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting. Creative thinking and a passion for the e-commerce space.
