E-commerce Growth Manager

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales, optimize the customer journey, and enhance the overall e-commerce performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer relationship management (CRM) within an e-commerce context. This hybrid role allows for a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Analyze e-commerce performance using tools like Google Analytics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through A/B testing, user experience improvements, and data analysis. Oversee product merchandising, catalog management, and website content to ensure accuracy and appeal. Develop and execute customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing campaigns. Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and secure online shopping experience. Collaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align e-commerce efforts with overall business goals. Stay current with e-commerce trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth opportunities. Manage e-commerce budgets and track ROI for all marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance to senior management. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth. Strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRO methodologies. Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working within the **Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, US** market or for companies operating within it is beneficial. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
