Our client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead their comprehensive online marketing strategies from anywhere in the world. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics, with a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing programs and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Drive website traffic and lead generation through effective SEO and content strategies. Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns to build brand community and engagement. Manage the email marketing program, including list segmentation, campaign automation, and performance analysis. Analyze marketing data and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to derive actionable insights. Track, report, and present key marketing metrics and ROI to senior leadership. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content across various digital platforms. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools. Experience managing significant digital advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools is essential. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar are a plus.
