We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operation Executive to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure seamless coordination of all operational aspects of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of e-commerce workflows.

Requirements

From day-to-day, you'll...

• Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order management process, including order processing, fulfillment, and returns.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics issues that may arise.
• Website Maintenance: Collaborate with IT and web development teams to maintain and update the e-commerce website as needed.
• Customer Service: Timely respond to the customers' enquiries.

Requirements

You'll be a great talent, if you are...

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end e-commerce operations including customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce management software and systems.
