SRM Transformation Lead

A company is looking for a SRM Transformation Lead - Pet Nutrition in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Elevate the SRM agenda by defining the roadmap for value creation and engaging key stakeholders

Lead the trade architecture pillar, optimizing trade spend agreements and enhancing ROI

Develop and implement a robust price-pack architecture strategy to drive sustained value creation

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or MBA, or equivalent experience

5-10 years of business experience, including 3-5 years in SRM / RGM within the CPG industry

Experience in demand functions (preferably Sales or Insights / Category) or support functions (Finance)

Advanced Excel skills; PowerBI experience is highly preferred

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
