Senior Director of Performance Marketing

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to build a growth engine and drive measurable acquisition growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale paid acquisition across multiple channels and execute the paid marketing roadmap

Manage organic growth channels and lifecycle strategies to enhance customer engagement

Build measurement infrastructure and lead cross-functional teams to drive conversion and growth

Required Qualifications

10+ years in performance marketing or growth marketing leadership

Expertise in Google, Meta, programmatic, and OTT / OLV channels

Strong martech and attribution knowledge, including privacy-preserving measurement approaches

Experience leading teams of 25+ and building systems at scale in regulated environments

Familiarity with two-sided marketplace dynamics and affiliate marketing programs
