A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to enhance customer engagement and revenue through email, SMS, and push notification channels.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the campaign calendar and test messaging to improve performance

Align with merchandising to highlight key product launches and manage stock levels

Develop and optimize campaign messaging to ensure on-brand copy and design

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in retention / lifecycle marketing

Experience with email and SMS marketing programs

Understanding of creative best practices for email design and copy

Ability to code basic HTML and architect statistically significant A / B tests

Analytical skills with experience working with large data sets
