Principal HR Transformation Leader

A company is looking for a Principal, HR Transformation, Change & Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and lead the change and adoption strategy for AI-enabled HR transformation

Establish and govern the HR AI transformation portfolio, ensuring disciplined execution and risk management

Define measurable outcomes for AI enablement initiatives and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

7 or more years of experience in leading complex HR or enterprise transformation programs

Proven experience in designing large-scale change strategies related to technology or AI

Experience in establishing and governing transformation portfolios with prioritization frameworks

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience supervising project managers and establishing program management standards
