Key Responsibilities

Set and execute strategy across all areas of growth marketing including paid, demand generation, and SEO

Lead and develop a team of marketers to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals

Collaborate with sales and product teams to align growth strategies and monitor performance metrics

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role

Experience in product-led growth (PLG) and self-serve acquisition strategies

Expertise in various growth marketing channels, particularly paid and SEO

Familiarity with a wide range of marketing tools and technologies

Strong focus on experimentation and data-driven decision-making
