Content Creator & E-Commerce support

We’re a fast growing, premium accessories brand looking for a motivated E-Commerce & Content Creator to run and grow our online store.

This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role for someone who enjoys product, numbers, and execution—not just posting content. You’ll manage our Shopify store, create high-quality product content, track performance, and focus on driving online sales.

What You’ll Do

• Manage our Shopify store and all other online opportunities (products, collections, pricing, merchandising)
• Create and execute product-focused content for web, email, and light social use (product photos, short videos, lifestyle shots)
• Take and manage product photos (studio and lifestyle)
• Assist with simple product video and content creation (behind-the-scenes, product highlights, launches)
• Upload and organize product content (photos, descriptions, basic SEO)
• Track sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and AOV
• dentify opportunities to improve sales through better product presentation, content, and offers
• Coordinate with our team on launches, inventory, and promotions
• Handle basic email, site updates, and storefront improvements
• Continuually improve how the site looks, functions, and converts

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing a Shopify store (required)
• Experience creating product-based content that supports sales
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and sales metrics
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
• Strong product sense — understands how presentation affects buying decisions
• Able to take clean, consistent product photos (or confidently direct them)
• Sales-minded: focused on conversion, not vanity metrics
• Organized, self-driven, and reliable
• Willing to wear multiple hats and grow with the brand
• Adherence to our Zero Tolerance Drug Policy — applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test and maintain compliance with our strict drug-free workplace standards

This is a hands-on business role tied directly to revenue.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
