Operations & Project Manager (Marketing & Digital) – Remote

We are Flexbay, a fast-growing real estate and space solutions company based in Germany.

Our remote team has grown to 10+ people working across marketing, websites, content, automation and sales support.

Growth has been fast — now we need structure, clarity and execution discipline.

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager who can align a growing remote team, introduce clear processes and actively drive execution instead of just reacting.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and impact.

Your Mission

Your mission is to bring order, focus and accountability into our daily operations.

You will

+ Align team members across marketing, web, content and automation

+ Turn goals into clear tasks, priorities and deadlines

+ Actively follow up with team members and ensure progress

+ Introduce structured workflows and communication

+ Reduce chaos and improve output quality

+ Take operational pressure off the founder

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage and structure ongoing marketing and digital projects

+ Break down initiatives into concrete tasks and timelines

+ Coordinate remote team members and freelancers

+ Track progress, workload and budgets

+ Improve internal communication and tooling

+ Identify inefficiencies and optimize processes

+ Provide clear, concise status updates

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience as a Project Manager / Operations Manager, ideally in a marketing or digital agency

+ Strong understanding of marketing, websites and content workflows

+ Experience working with and managing remote teams

+ Ability to give direction, set priorities and follow up

+ Proactive, structured and reliable working style

+ Very good English (German is a plus)

Nice to Have

+ Experience with ClickUp, Notion, Asana or similar tools

+ Experience working with growth-stage companies

+ Budget responsibility

+ Real estate or location-based business experience
