I am scaling the Tafari Sells Texas brand and need a Google Ads Architect to build a surgical Search campaign targeting high-intent residential sellers in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

The Project

Phase 1: Build a surgical Search campaign (Keywords, Ad Copy, Extensions).

Phase 2: Initial 14-day optimization.

Phase 3: Monthly 1-hour strategic audits (paid at your hourly rate).

Note: Technical tracking/GTM is already being handled by a specialist. I need a Strategist who understands real estate psychology and the DFW landscape.

Starting budget is $1,000/mo, with a clear mandate to scale spend based on hitting target CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) goals.

Requirements

Proven track record in Real Estate Lead Gen: Must demonstrate previous success specifically with Seller/Listing leads (provide case studies or stats).

Hyper-Local Targeting Specialist: Ability to build granular campaigns based on zip codes, school districts, and neighborhoods. (DFW market familiarity is preferred).

Advanced Negative Keyword Management: Must have a pre-existing "Real Estate Master List" to protect a lean $1k/mo starting budget.

Experience with Lofty/Chime or similar CRMs: Knowledge of how Google Ads data flows into a real estate CRM is a plus.
