E-commerce Store Rebuild (Baselinker + Allegro Focused)

Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce developer or team to rebuild our online store from scratch.

The current store is not efficient, not fast enough, and not well-structured. The new version must be clean, high-performance, automation-driven, and fully integrated with Baselinker.

Our main sales channel is Allegro, but the store must provide additional business value and not be just a copy of Allegro listings.

We are the manufacturer of selected products and want a separate, brand-focused section to:

• Promote direct purchases
• Highlight quality, production, and benefits
• Increase margins and brand trust
• Support repeat purchases

This section can be

• A dedicated landing page or sub-store
• Simplified checkout
• Strong CTA and conversion-oriented layout

• Condensed category structure (no deep category trees)
• Categories limited to essentials
• Filtering instead of category over-segmentation
• Optimized for Baselinker synchronization
• No manual product management inside the CMS

Baselinker Integration (Critical)

Baselinker must be the single source of truth for:

• Products
• Variants
• Prices
• Stock levels
• Orders

Requirements

• Easy and reliable product sync
• Proper handling of variants (SKU-based)
• Store treated as a sales channel, not a product CMS
• Allegro + store working in parallel without conflicts

We want an automated discount / loyalty flow, for example:

• Customer makes a purchase
