E-Commerce Experts Needed for Paid Weekly Live Webinars & Q&A (Ads, CRO, AI, Growth)

We’re building a curated roster of senior eCommerce experts to host live 60-minute expert webinars + Q&A sessions for members of Influencer Advantage’s Blitzscale Academy.

These sessions are not sales calls and not motivational talks.

They are deep, tactical, operator-led discussions where founders can ask real questions and get real answers.

We’re looking to work with multiple experts across different specialties and rotate topics weekly.

Compensation: $100 per hour to start, depending on experience and topic depth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Host a 60-minute live session (presentation + Q&A)
• Teach one focused topic deeply (with real examples)
• Answer founder questions live
• Provide a short framework doc or slides that attendees can get access to after the call.

The goal is to help founders solve real problems, not consume theory.

Topics We’re Actively Recruiting For

We’re building a long-term expert bench across areas such as:

• Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Landing page & funnel optimization
• Meta, Google, and TikTok paid ads
• Ad creative systems & UGC optimization
• TikTok Shop growth
• Email & lifecycle marketing
• Subscription & retention strategy
• AI tools & automations for eCommerce
• Offer design, AOV, bundling
• Analytics & attribution

If you specialize deeply in one of these, that’s perfect.

Who This Is For (Must-Haves)

• Senior-level eCommerce operator or consultant
• Hands-on experience with real brands
• Comfortable teaching live and answering questions
• Strong practical mindset (no fluff)
• Clear communicator
• Experience working with brands doing $50K–$1M+/month preferred

Nice-to-Haves

• Agency or advisory background
• Previous webinar or workshop experience
• Experience teaching founders or teams

This Is NOT

• Not coaching upsells
• Not motivational speaking
• Not beginner-level instruction
• Not influencer-style content

These are operator-to-operator conversations.

How This Works Long-Term

• We build a running list of experts + topics
• Experts are booked based on relevance
• Sessions are scheduled weekly
• Some experts may be invited back for repeat sessions
• Long-term collaboration is possible
