We’re growing rapidly and seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Sales Representative to drive partner revenue and co‑marketing across Canada and the United States.

Role Overview

You will work on‑site with our B2B and Marketing teams to develop and offer tailored digital marketing strategies to retail partners across Canada and the U.S. This hybrid sales/marketing role owns partner acquisition, joint digital campaign planning, and partner performance. Success is measured by new partner signings, partner-driven online sales growth, campaign ROI, and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present co‑marketing digital strategies for retail partners (paid social, localized search, email, affiliate, and O2O initiatives).
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads and proactively prospect retail and design partners across Canada and the U.S.
  • Manage full partner sales cycle: outreach, strategy workshops/demos, proposals, negotiation, and onboarding — all on‑site.
  • Collaborate closely with B2B and Marketing to produce co‑marketing assets, landing pages, promotional calendars, and performance tracking.
  • Set partner goals, monitor KPIs (partner-driven revenue, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, ROI), and optimize campaigns.
  • Run A/B tests on offers and messaging for partner campaigns and scale successful tactics.
  • Maintain CRM records, forecast partner revenue, and share partner feedback with product and marketing teams.
  • Represent Transformer Table at trade shows and partner meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years sales/partnership experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, retail partnerships, or B2B channel sales.
  • Proven record developing/co‑selling digital marketing solutions to retailers or channel partners.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable with in‑person meetings and demos.
  • Analytical experience with Google Analytics and ad platform reporting (Google Ads, Meta Ads); strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Shopify, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
  • Organized self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative, on‑site environment.
  • Interest in furniture, design, or smart home products preferred.
