Senior Product Marketing Specialist

- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to forecast product revenues effectively.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing plans for both new and existing products.
- Proactively manage marketing programs, influencing cross-functional initiatives to achieve strategic and financial goals for the product portfolio.
- Create compelling product-oriented content that highlights unique selling points and differentiates offerings.
- Lead the execution of key marketing initiatives, including product strategies, pricing, promotions, sales team training, and product claims development.
- Conduct periodic market analyses focusing on customers, technologies, competitors, patient populations, and insurers to optimize strategies, tactics, and opportunity assessments.
- Partner with R&D, Technology, Sales, and other departments to create innovative products and services, playing a key role in the commercialization process.
- Engage with customers to gather insights and requirements for new products and initiatives.
- Contribute to fostering a culture of success and sustainable competitive advantage.
- Provide technical product training and leadership to the Sales team.
- Demonstrate the ability to synthesize diverse inputs into clear objectives, strategies, and actionable plans.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product-oriented marketing role.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from a top-tier business school.
- Bachelor's degree majoring or minoring in a STEM field.
- Experience in marketing for medical or dental device manufacturers, especially with FDA Class II devices.
- Familiarity with the Dental, Sleep Medicine, or similar industries.
- Experience leading or participating in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Results-driven, self-motivated individual.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a scientific approach to marketing.
