Position Overview

We are seeking an E-Commerce Sales & Shipping Associate to manage our online order fulfillment and support our growing e-commerce operation. This role is ideal for someone who has great communication skills, is organized and detail oriented, and has an interest in retail and the equestrian industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently
  • Process customer returns and exchanges
  • Pick, pack, and ship merchandise using established procedures
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipping questions or issues
  • Maintain an organized shipping and packing area
  • Assist with product listings, updates, or basic website tasks as needed
  • Coordinate with in-store staff to ensure smooth order flow

Qualifications

  • Great customer service skills – in person and over the phone
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Positive, solution focused attitude
  • Basic computer skills (online platforms, email, order systems)
  • Ability to lift and package merchandise (tack, equipment, etc.)
  • Ability to work on your feet all day
  • Retail, shipping, or e-commerce experience is a plus (but not required)
  • Familiarity with horses or equestrian equipment is a plus (but not required)
