Website & eCommerce Associate

• *Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role is integral to managing and optimizing our online store presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, website management, and e-commerce strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our online sales channels through innovative marketing techniques and data-driven decision-making.

• *Duties**
• Understand and use our first-party data to inform strategies to improve eCommerce and website KPIs
• Use in-depth knowledge of our four main product data platforms (POS system, Product Management Tool, Content Management System and Third Party product catalogue) to manage the accuracy of our online product catalogue
• Work with internal departments and liase with outside partners to make updates and resolve bugs on our websites
• Ensure products, promotions, pricing and flyers display as expected on the websites
• Work with graphic designers to create imagery for the platforms as required
• Use the content mgmt. system, product mgmt. tool and other admin tools to perform site updates
• Become an expert with multiple third party website tools including Hubspot, Videoly, PowerReviews, Hawksearch and others.
• Liase with in-store personnel when required to trouble shoot platform issues
• Create and maintain/update user guides for maintenance processes related to the websites.
• *Requirements**
• Post Secondary education in Marketing, eCommerce or related discipline
• 3-5 years of evolving work experience in managing websites and/or eCommerce platforms
• Experience using ePass POS system will be an asset
• Experience with content management and CRM platforms an asset
• Experience with code and developer tools an asset
• Experience managing deadlines and creating a sense of urgency
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple on-going projects
• Ability to grow and maintain effective working relationships and cooperate with multiple departments
• Experience in the appliance industry, specifically merchandising or pricing an asset
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per hour
