Profile: Our client is a fast-growing, digital advertising and programmatic media company. They partner with agencies and brands to deliver data-driven, omnichannel campaigns across programmatic, search, social, and retail media. They are looking for a bilingual Montreal-based results-driven Account Executive to develop new business and grow revenue within agencies and direct clients.

Territory: Greater Montreal and rest of Quebec

Workplace: Home office (local to Montreal)

Products/Services: Digital media, advertising inventory, or programmatic solutions

Salary: Base $90.000-$100,000

Commissions/Bonus: At 100%= $40,000, uncapped comm.

Car allowance: Km reimbursed

Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Functions

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities with media agencies and brands
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Sell programmatic and digital advertising solutions (display, video, native, retail media)
• Engage with key decision-makers (Media Directors, Marketing Directors, CMOs)
• Present tailored solutions aligned to client objectives and KPIs
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities

Requirements

Development vs Maintenance: 90% vs 10%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: French and English (written and spoken)

Education: DEC or equivalent experience

Training: On the job training but need to have industry experience

Overnight Travel: Less than 10% overnight

Years of experience: At least 3 years relevant industry experience

Other requirements: Top performer

Transferable contacts: You have sold to ad agencies and large corporate clients

Transferable Knowledge: Knowledge of programmatic solutions is a must
