We are hiring an ERP Business Analyst for our client based in Rajkot, Gujarat. The role involves acting as a bridge between customer requirements and ERP solution delivery by gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into scalable ERP implementations. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful ERP delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements across ERP modules and convert them into functional specifications and process flows

Act as a bridge between customers, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure aligned ERP solutions

Validate solutions through customer demos, UAT, and continuous stakeholder interactions

Manage change requests and support high-quality ERP implementations and process improvements

Experience & Skills

5–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or enterprise application environments

Hands-on experience in ERP implementations or pre-sales engagements (Odoo experience preferred)

Exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, CRM, or HR domains

Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
