Email Marketing Managers
Robert HalfDescription An Email Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads or sales. This role requires strong collaboration with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns support business objectives and align with overall brand messaging. Key Responsibilities:
+ Plan and implement effective email marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives. + Build, segment, and maintain targeted email lists to optimize audience reach and campaign effectiveness. + Design, write, and optimize email content for conversion, including subject lines, body copy, visuals, and calls to action. + Schedule and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, drip series, and automated workflows using email service platforms. + Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI, and deliver actionable reports to stakeholders. + Conduct A/B testing and use data insights to drive content and strategy improvements. + Ensure compliance with email regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements. + Collaborate with sales, content, and creative teams to support lead generation and nurture initiatives. + Stay current with email marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices Requirements Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. + Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign management and list segmentation. + Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to use insights to inform strategy. + Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. + Understanding of HTML/CSS
