Important note (MUST HAVE) - We are looking for someone who has experience with transition or implementation of new software, tool or system from Banking domain.
Job Summary
  • Provide Training of the application to the Tier 1 customers of the bank.
  • Effectively & efficiently manages the conversion of assigned business clients from legacy client facing banking platform to new, target platform
  • Work closely with middle market & large corporate (Tier 1 & Tier 2) and complex business clients
  • Leads web based training session(s) with client on the phone utilizing Skype for business (or equivalent) tool
  • Consults with Clients and Customers to identify additional needs related to the products or services
  • Recommends/trains appropriate products, services, or solutions
  • Works on assigned client programs
  • Performs duties in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
  • Meets/Exceeds Company and client goals for levels of performance
Key Duties/Responsibilities
  • Responsible for inbound or outbound call segment based on individual assignment
  • Ensures security and privacy of customer/client information
  • Provides education and support regarding products and services
  • Utilizes available resources appropriately to accurately service clients/customers
  • Ensures appropriate follow-through steps are completed for each call
  • Maintains complete and accurate records of all call activity as required
  • Maintains a professional appearance and a quality work environment that adheres to all safety and security policies
  • Assists peers with policy and procedural questions
  • Successfully completes initial new Digital Conversion Professional training program and completes all required learning and ongoing training
  • Works within a team environment supporting both team objectives and overall Company objectives
  • Probes, consults & executes with client/customer in the development of the detailed client conversion plan and maintains agreed upon SLAs
  • Handles escalated calls
  • Serves as a Skills Mentor to Conversion Specialist Level
Education
  • BS in banking/business or equivalent experience
Work Experience
  • Minimum 2+ years Treasury Management experience especially in Bottomline Digital banking platform
  • Experience working with on-line banking treasury management, ACH & Wire transfer, lockbox, positive pay, investment sweeps and related bank services and applications with commercial, corporate customers
  • Experience as a Treasury Management sales resource or product manager or on-line banking/wire transfer conversions is required
