Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Sales and Marketing will take advantage of this growth opportunity, leading the global commercial strategy for Preciseley’s MEMS product portfolio. This role carries full responsibility for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and building a scalable commercial infrastructure capable of supporting the company’s next phase of expansion. The Director will oversee a growing sales team, manage complex pricing and contract negotiations, and work closely with engineering and product leadership to translate technical capabilities into compelling market value propositions. As a key member of the leadership team, the role will also represent the company in executive-level customer engagements, industry forums, and global trade events while helping align commercial strategy with Preciseley’s evolving product roadmap.

The ideal candidate has an established track record as an entrepreneurial and strategic leader in a global sales leadership role within the semiconductor, photonics, MEMS, or related microelectronics or OEM component industries. Their success in turning relationships into revenue-generating clients stems from the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and guide customers through technically complex procurement processes and long-term supply agreements. They bring exceptional sales, marketing, and client relationship-building skills with strong commercial discipline, along with experience selling into OEM environments and navigating long technical sales cycles. Candidates with exposure selling into the APAC region, or more specifically, China, would be viewed favourably.

In accordance with BC’s Pay Transparency Act, the expected base salary range for this role is $130,000-170,000 plus bonus and benefits but may vary based on the successful candidate.
