PIP Global SafetyThe E-commerce Associate supports the day-to-day execution of our growing e-commerce business. This role will work closely with E-commerce Account Managers to ensure our products are accurately represented, competitively positioned, and operationally sound across major online marketplaces.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support daily execution across e-commerce channels such as Amazon and other major marketplaces (Home Depot, Walmart, Tractor Supply, etc.)
- Manage and optimize product listings, catalog updates, and content accuracy
- Execute pricing updates, promotions, and deal submissions
- Monitor account health, resolve routine issues, and manage support cases
- Track sales, inventory, and performance metrics; prepare reports and insights
- Assist with operational issues including shortages, chargebacks, and order discrepancies
- Support product launches, promotions, and go-to-market timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and marketing

- Ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and escalate appropriately

Compensation: $68,000 - $101,000
