Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 3:00pm

Workwear Superstore is a growing online retailer specialising in plain and customised workwear. We're passionate about delivering great products and service, and we’re looking for a hands-on, reliable individual to join our small, friendly team.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position with a broad range of responsibilities, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and enjoys variety in their work. You’ll play a key part in both the operational and creative sides of our business — from processing orders and handling stock, to working with designs and customer service.

Key Duties

• Receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Picking and packing orders for dispatch
• Inventory management and stock control
• Applying customised designs to garments using heat press (DTF)
• Responding to customer queries (phone/email)
• Placing product and supply orders
• Assisting with basic logo and design creation (training provided)
• Photographing products for our website and marketing
• General support across day-to-day business operations

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and responsible attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Organised and adaptable with a can-do approach
• Basic computer skills; confident using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, Canva, and Shopify (training provided if needed)
