Description: This role aligns to a Digital Business Analyst

The Role

As a Digital Content Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between business needs and technical execution, driving the modernization of digital content workflows and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and content teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans, ensuring our digital content is delivered efficiently, at scale, and with measurable impact for learners worldwide.

What You’ll Own

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans that guide engineering and platform teams.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to understand system architecture, API dependencies, integration workflows, and platform constraints.
  • Identify and escalate technical risks, blockers, and gaps in requirements to ensure project success.
  • Support the adoption of modern, AI-enabled workflows, tooling modernization, and platform standards across content operations.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating workshops, technical deep dives, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Build strong partnerships across product management, content operations, engineering, QA, design, and support teams to drive project outcomes.
  • Analyze the cost of creating content and drive efficiency for digital content modernization initiatives.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong technical acumen, with experience in system architecture, API management, and integration workflows.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to facilitate technical discussions and bridge gaps between teams.
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate technical risks, blockers, and requirements gaps.
  • Experience supporting the adoption of AI-enabled workflows and modern digital platforms.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver complex projects on time.
  • Adaptability and creativity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in digital content creation, technical project management, or related fields preferred.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

The minimum full-time salary range is between $130,000 - $150,000.

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here .
