On-page SEO Specialist

Paper Box SEO is a boutique, search engine optimization (SEO) agency. Our clients range from startups to large national brands in various industries.

As an On-page SEO specialist, you'll work with the SEO Director, Sr. SEO Specialist, and Executive Director to improve the clients' on-page SEO.

Responsibilities

Keyword research

Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes

Optimize sites for target keywords

Implement content strategies

Analyze user experience metrics (Google Analytics and Google Search Console)

Work closely with SEO Director to develop client SEO strategy

Present findings of SEO Audit to clients

Assist with preparing and analyzing monthly client reports

Monthly client meetings to review SEO report

Weekly internal meetings to review client progress and strategy

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience working on on-page SEO

Reliable and communicative

Proficiency with WordPress and other popular CMSs

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products

Comfortable with self-direction

Excellent written and communication skills

Extremely well organized

Self-driven and highly motivated

Highly proficient at managing time and deadlines.

Previous experience supervising people preferred, but not required
