We’re looking for an E-commerce Category Lead to shape and accelerate our online strategy across all key channels — from Bricks & Clicks and Pure Play to Quick Commerce and Wholesale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward-thinking E-commerce strategy that fuels online growth and innovation.
• Lead media, search, and digital shelf performance to maximise visibility and conversion.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration and results.
• Turn insights into action — managing budgets, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Build strategic partnerships with key retailers and wholesalers to drive category growth and shopper engagement.

Experience required

• 8+ years in FMCG, including 4+ in E-commerce leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of Bricks & Clicks, Pure Play, Quick Commerce, and Wholesale channels.
• Expertise in retail media and search optimisation.
• A passion for innovation, digital transformation, and people leadership.
• Flexibility to travel nationally (around 40%).
