Job Summary
The Business Analyst, Marketing Operations will help manage the day to day marketing tasks related to the execution of the APP, National Accounts, and AGN First/APC programs.
Role will be responsible for the identification, design, and creation of marketing tools and resources, sales aids, and program reference materials.
This role will be responsible for managing digital and printed collateral materials through the deployment life cycle, including managing printing and shipping logistics, uploading assets to various platforms, tracking inventory levels and effectively retiring assets once they are discontinued to ensure Customers and Field Reps have access to appropriate resources.
In addition to the day-to-day management of marketing tasks, this role will assist with developing and executing the Professional Loyalty CRM Strategy.
Also relevant to this role will be the management and coordination of routine Advisory Boards with our Field Sales team and our Physician/Customer accounts.
Routinely interface with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance (MLRC) team for the review and approval of all material created by team.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree required, business emphasis recommended, but not required
Minimum 3 years of experience with complex marketing programs
Experience developing CRM strategies and tactics; working with leading CRM technologies
MBA or other advanced education a plus
Prior experience in related marketing roles a plus
Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and, preferably database systems such as Oracle and SAP

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with many levels of employees of various disciplines and departments, as well as external contacts
Ability to interact with all levels of management in variety of functional areas including sales, marketing, finance, information systems, customer care, legal, and managed care
Knowledge of the sales and marketing functions with ability to anticipate needs, make recommendations and respond to ad-hoc requests quickly and appropriately
Ability to interface with external customers and third-party data sources is critical
Ability to coordinate and synchronize multiple complex projects, manage priorities, internal and external customer expectations, meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed
Ability to take initiative, be discreet, act with diplomacy and maintain a professional attitude
Desire and ability to take on new challenges and learn new applications/systems
