We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Operations & Brand Support Associate to join our team.

This role starts in fulfillment and inventory operations, but it is designed as a growth position for someone who wants exposure to e-commerce, product launches, logistics, events, and brand operations. You won’t just pack boxes — you’ll learn how a growing consumer brand runs from the inside.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead Nectar’s festival and event activations — coordinating planning, logistics, inventory, staffing, and on-site execution to ensure a seamless, high-energy brand experience
  • Assist with marketing initiatives including product shoots, content preparation, launch support, and brand activations
  • Support large corporate gifting and custom orders from planning and preparation through final shipment, ensuring a premium client experience
  • Pick, pack, and ship daily e-commerce and wholesale orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain organized inventory, assist with stock counts, and support incoming product intake
  • Coordinate shipping logistics and vendor pickups while keeping operations organized and efficient

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable moving quickly and solving problems
  • Physically able to lift boxes (up to 40 lbs)
  • Positive, team-first attitude
  • Tech-comfortable (Google Sheets, basic software navigation)
  • Reliable and accountable — we move fast

Bonus if you have

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, warehouse, or logistics
  • Interest in entrepreneurship or brand building
  • Event or activation experience
