THE ROLE

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on E-commerce Listings Assistant to join our Commercial Team and help list stock on eBay and other online marketplaces (including Back Market). This is a great starter role in a growing business for someone who’s organised, practical, and wants to learn e-commerce.

You’ll help us present our products at their best by taking clear photos and creating accurate, high-quality listings. As part of the Commercial Team, you’ll also get exposure to other areas of e-commerce, and if you perform well there are genuine opportunities to grow and progress within the wider Commercial Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Photograph products (mainly Apple devices and accessories) to a consistent standard
• Create accurate listings (title, item specifics, description, condition notes) for eBay and other channels
• Check and record product details (model, storage, colour, grade/condition, serial/IMEI where applicable)
• Pack and organise items for listing and storage (basic stock handling)
• Maintain listing quality and follow company processes
• Support customer service/admin tasks during busy periods (e.g., answering basic queries, order updates)
• General support to the Commercial Team as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential

• Good attention to detail and willingness to follow a process
• Comfortable using a computer (typing, basic software, uploading photos)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work at a steady pace
• Good written English (for listings and basic customer messages)
• Willing to learn and take feedback

Nice to have (not required)

• Any experience with eBay, Back Market, Amazon, Refurbed, etc.
• Basic photography skills (even from a phone)
• Interest in tech/Apple products
• Customer service experience
