About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and business-minded recent graduate to join our Go-To-Market team as a Business Analyst. This role is primarily focused on insight generation, performance tracking, and operational support rather than customer-facing GTM execution. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data. They bring a strong academic record, demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., student organizations, athletics, Greek life, or other extracurriculars), and an eagerness to learn how data and insights drive commercial decisions in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of GTM strategy related to product launches, releases, and enhancements
• Collect, track, and analyze key GTM success metrics and KPIs related to product performance (e.g., usage, issues), sales impact (e.g., feedback, campaign effectiveness, financial outcomes), and customer satisfaction
• Monitor trends and patterns over time to help inform GTM strategy and prioritization
• Assist in the development and documentation of GTM processes, SOPs, and operational workflows
• Help track GTM timelines and prepare recurring KPI reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder readouts
• Conduct foundational competitive and market analysis, including organizing voice-of-customer and sales insights
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Pricing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (recent graduate required)
• Strong academic performance; candidates who graduated at or near the top of their class strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, student organizations, athletics, Greek life, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Business-oriented mindset with interest in commercial strategy, GTM execution, and analytics
• Comfort working with data in Excel and learning dashboards and reporting tools
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
