E-Commerce Executive
Lassic LtdWe are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of flat-pack furniture and household items and, due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce executive to take ownership of our marketplace accounts.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, performance, and growth of assigned e-commerce marketplaces, with full accountability for increasing sales, boost brand visibility, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Ownership & Trading
Take full ownership of assigned e-commerce marketplace accounts, managing the day-to-day trading, performance, and optimisation of each platform.
Be accountable for sales performance, growth, and overall account health.
Growth & Performance
Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, promotional activity, and range optimisation.
Analyse sales, conversion, and traffic data to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
Proactively identify underperforming areas and implement corrective actions.
Product Listings & Optimisation
Create, manage, and optimise product listings to maximise visibility, conversion, and compliance with marketplace requirements.
Ensure product content is accurate, competitive, and aligned with brand standards.
Pricing, Promotions & Advertising
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing and promotional decisions.
Plan, execute, and optimise marketplace promotions and sponsored advertising campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
Brand & Compliance Management
Ensure full compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
Monitor for unauthorised sellers, pricing issues, or brand misuse and take appropriate action to protect the brand.
Market & Competitor Insight
Maintain a strong understanding of the flat-pack furniture market, competitors, and customer behaviour.
Use market insight to inform trading decisions and future growth strategies.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track and report on account performance, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Stay up to date with marketplace changes, tools, and best practices, applying learnings to improve performance.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts, ideally within retail or the flat-pack furniture sector.
Proven experience owning and growing marketplace accounts.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make trading decisions.
Experience managing pricing, promotions, and sponsored advertising within marketplaces.
High attention to detail with a strong understanding of marketplace compliance and policies.
Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and wider teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
