Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by ensuring seamless shopping, an extensive product selection, freshness, and cleanliness.
  • Recruit, interview, and select top talent for the online shopping department.
  • Design schedules that optimize product flow and meet operational needs.
  • Mentor team members to achieve productivity standards and certify star associates.
  • Guarantee compliance with laws, food safety procedures, and corporate guidelines.
  • Train staff on the key functions related to order selectors and customer attendants.
  • Lead your team in planning and executing innovative e-Commerce initiatives.
  • Surpass sales targets and elevate customer satisfaction levels.
  • Examine competitive landscape and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Assure timely order fulfillment with appropriate substitutions when necessary.
  • Implement best practices for order collection, product management, and delivery processes.
  • Report inventory challenges, such as out-of-stock items, to department heads promptly.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment utilized within the e-Commerce department.
  • Provide valuable feedback to management on operational strategies and effectiveness.
  • Monitor department expenses and ensure preventative maintenance on all equipment.
  • Supervise and coach team members, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Address conflicts constructively and maintain a cooperative spirit.
  • Act with integrity when handling customer and business information.
  • Engage directly with a diverse range of customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  • Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience.
  • Experience in recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the day.
  • Able to stand or walk for extended durations.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch multiple times per hour.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
