Role Summary

The E-commerce & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will support day-to-day execution across KM.com and lifecycle marketing channels, with a focus on Shopify front-end updates, product and PDP management, launch operations, and email/SMS execution and reporting. This role ensures site updates, launches, and lifecycle communications are executed accurately and on time, enabling the broader marketing team to move quickly and efficiently.

This is a highly detail-oriented, execution-focused part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on e-commerce work, structured processes, and supporting high-volume launch and marketing calendars.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Site, Including Product Launches

  • Create and maintain products in Shopify, including variants, pricing, and basic metadata
  • Upload, format, and update site assets and content, including homepage, PLP, PDP, etc.
  • Execute site refreshes, theme edits, and homepage or collection updates based on approved briefs
  • Build and schedule site flips
  • Maintain on-site merchandising updates and cross-sell / upsell placements (e.g., Rebuy, Recharge)
  • Translate launch briefs into execution checklists and timelines
  • Execute launch-day site mechanics, including pushing products live and performing QA
  • Log issues and coordinate fixes during launch windows
  • Support post-launch updates and prepare launch recap documentation

Email & SMS Execution

  • Build, QA, and schedule email and SMS campaigns based on the approved marketing calendar
  • Create and maintain audience segments for campaigns, launches, and retention sends
  • Support updates to automated email/SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
  • Execute early-access, launch, and promotional sends with correct timing and suppression

Reporting & Operational Support

  • Pull weekly and campaign-level email and SMS performance metrics
  • Maintain lifecycle reporting trackers and dashboards
  • Support post-launch updates and tracking
  • Submit finalized PDP assets and copy to retailer portals as needed
  • Track retailer submission deadlines and confirmations
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and trackers related to site, launches, and lifecycle execution

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in e-commerce operations, lifecycle marketing, or digital merchandising
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify required; experience with Klaviyo (or similar email service provider) preferred
  • Comfortable executing site updates, email/SMS sends, and managing multiple timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and QA mindset
  • Familiarity with tools such as Launchpad, Rebuy, Recharge, Klaviyo, or similar platforms a plus
  • Ability to follow structured processes and collaborate cross-functionally

Time Commitment

  • 20 hours per week (part-time)

Compensation Range

  • $30 - $50/ hourly
