Remote Media Ads Manager

In this role, you will oversee paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients within a digital marketing agency. The position requires complete ownership and strategic oversight of campaign performance while working collaboratively with a marketing team to ensure a measurable return on investment. Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms
- Take ownership of campaign performance and results from strategy through execution
- Manage multiple client ad accounts with different budgets and objectives
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
- Design and execute A/B testing strategies for continuous performance improvement
- Implement unit testing methodologies before campaign launch
Requirements
- 5+ years managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads required)
- Proven track record of managing \$10K+ monthly ad budgets
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
- Experience in agency environments managing multiple client accounts
- Google Ads certification
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
