E-Commerce Executive (shopify) (Rohini)

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our Shopify-based online store operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Shopify management, inventory control, order processing, and shipping coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store
• Product listing, catalog management, pricing updates, and content optimization
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
• Process orders and ensure smooth fulfillment
• Coordinate shipping and logistics through Shiprocket
• Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and complaints efficiently
• Track and analyze sales performance and operational metrics
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotions and campaigns
• Ensure accurate data management and reporting

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
• Good knowledge of inventory management and order processing
• Experience using Shiprocket or similar shipping platforms
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of online payments, COD management, and reconciliation
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
