Responsibilities

  • Lead live coaching sessions (group or individual) focused on store building, marketing, and growth strategy
  • Review student stores, ads, and metrics to provide actionable feedback
  • Help students refine their product selection, pricing, and offer positioning
  • Provide guidance on supplier outreach, branding, and store optimization
  • Assist students in understanding and improving their Google Ads campaigns (if applicable)
  • Collaborate with the HighTicket.io team to improve coaching frameworks, resources, and curriculum
  • Maintain high engagement and satisfaction within your assigned student groups

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience (Shopify or equivalent platform)
  • Proven track record of generating sales and scaling profitable stores
  • Strong understanding of core e-commerce principles: product validation, supplier relationships, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills — able to simplify complex topics for beginners
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to see others succeed

Preferred

  • Experience managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, or Performance Max)
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads
  • Prior coaching, mentoring, or training experience
  • Comfortable using Slack, Zoom, and project management tools
