E-Commerce Coach
High TicketResponsibilities
- Lead live coaching sessions (group or individual) focused on store building, marketing, and growth strategy
- Review student stores, ads, and metrics to provide actionable feedback
- Help students refine their product selection, pricing, and offer positioning
- Provide guidance on supplier outreach, branding, and store optimization
- Assist students in understanding and improving their Google Ads campaigns (if applicable)
- Collaborate with the HighTicket.io team to improve coaching frameworks, resources, and curriculum
- Maintain high engagement and satisfaction within your assigned student groups
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience (Shopify or equivalent platform)
- Proven track record of generating sales and scaling profitable stores
- Strong understanding of core e-commerce principles: product validation, supplier relationships, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization
- Excellent communication and teaching skills — able to simplify complex topics for beginners
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to see others succeed
Preferred
- Experience managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, or Performance Max)
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads
- Prior coaching, mentoring, or training experience
- Comfortable using Slack, Zoom, and project management tools
