Brand Activation & Campaign Summer Intern, Pravana

Dare to learn new skills and gain hands-on experience leading marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels at Henkel.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing

• Lead real-world marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels
• Work alongside and learn from a collaborative, creative team to bring campaigns from concept to execution
• Assist in the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, including concepting, competitive research, and performance tracking
• Support content creation for social media, email, and paid media
• Contribute to copywriting, image sourcing, and video editing
• Help plan and coordinate brand photoshoots, including creating shot lists, mood boards, prepping products, and on-set logistics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital, Product) to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints
• Conduct trend research on beauty, culture, and digital marketing, and present insights to inform campaign strategy
• Contribute to social media assets, storytelling concepts, and campaign visuals across multiple platforms

About You

What you'll need

• Undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or master’s/graduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or Photoshoot Production
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and strong understanding of current digital trends
• Previous experience assisting with photoshoots, creative projects, or marketing campaigns through coursework, internships, or student organizations
• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft compelling copy for digital and social channels
• Detail-oriented and organized
