Direct Marketing Trainee

Position Overview

H-Town Growth Solutions is a growing direct marketing firm based in Houston, partnering with nationally recognized brands to deliver face-to-face marketing campaigns inside high-traffic retail locations. We’re currently hiring a Direct Marketing Trainee to join our team and learn the fundamentals of marketing, sales, and client relations through hands-on, paid training.

This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals looking to start a long-term career in marketing and business development. No prior experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing mentorship.

Salary: $850.00 - $1,045.00 per week

Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands in a professional and positive manner
• Assist with in-store marketing and promotional campaigns
• Engage with customers to explain current products and promotions
• Learn basic sales, communication, and customer service techniques
• Track daily activity and campaign performance
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable and motivated with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or marketing experience is a plus but not required
